Blocked in Baileys’ Pennsylvania factory with great skill and attention to detail, the finished hat has a 4″ center dent crown, and is finished with a Japanese grosgrain band, removable feather, and black dipped signature Bailey nail. A fine woven sweatband has been sewn inside the hat, providing soft comfort and an excellent fit.
